Michael joined the Jim Ellis family in 2009 after moving to Atlanta from a small town in South Georgia. Since childhood, Michael has had a passion for everything automotive. He first joined our Porsche team in 2009 and enjoyed being a part of Porsche’s expansion. He feels privileged to be a part of the Jim Ellis Automotive Family, and is very excited to be a part of our Volkswagen team. He embraces the fact that the Ellis organization encourages employees to always put the customer’s needs first and treat each person as we would want to be treated, especially when making a large purchase. When Michael is not at the dealership, he enjoys hiking and dirt biking.

The order process and the price negotiation went smoothly through a few phone calls and text messages. There was no hustle and bustle of selling us any adds-on. About ten days before the delivery date, Chad sent the paperwork with returning envelope to us, and the instructions were well marked on each page. As recommended by Chad, we took Porsche PEC Los Angeles delivery. It was an incredible experience! Thank you, Chad! More

Once I’d decided exactly what I wanted, configuring and ordering my new 718 Boxster was very easy. The car was built, shipped, and delivered to the dealership only 74 days after I placed the order. Duffy kept me advised on status the whole time and was very responsive and easy to work with. I am very pleased with the entire experience. Brian Westbrook in finance was also very helpful in explaining all of the various additional protection packages. I wanted all-weather floor mats and a car cover as well, and the parts department gave me a 15% discount just for buying a new car. More

Panamera to Cayenne (Trade-In) Came in originally just to get the trade-in value for my at the time Panamera and to find out information regarding possible leasing a new one. Worked with Duffy Elliott throughout the transaction (second time working with on getting a new vehicle). Ended up forgoing the leasing options and purchasing a Cayenne instead. Overall experience was great. Duffy was easy to work with (per usual) and laid out all the information in an effective manner. My fiancé and I came in wanting to speak with Duffy personally as he is who we dealt with one our last purchase. Overall great experience with all those involved on the entire transaction including Carol Duster and Brian Westbrook. Quite frankly, my fiancé gave Duffy a little bit of hard time getting the numbers where he wanted to be and Duff dealt with him great and made the experience easy. Therefore I would give the experience 5 stars across the board. More
