I've been serviced by Watertown lexus dealer, and was impressed by their services, with the most unprofessional answers I've ever heard in my life, so short story, I decided to take my car to" IRA LEXU impressed by their services, with the most unprofessional answers I've ever heard in my life, so short story, I decided to take my car to" IRA LEXUS "in Danvers, I've heard good feedback about them, I was received a nice valet staff, and then i was greeted by Tyler the service tech, very professional, that took notes of issues that i had with my car for years, and call Mike incharge technician and he was prompt to diagnose the car issues, and right the way he could tell the problem it had, and my car was fixed the next day, it was very unsafe to drive it, I was so relieved that, now my wife could drive the car, it has been 2 years that she is taking ride share transport because the car would go out of power steering wheel assistance to no power steering assist, thank you Tyler and Mike fr om "IRA LEXUS", I'LL BE BACK AND RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE THAT OWNS A LEXUS. Scheduling the appointment online was not easy as I needed a loaner car. Called some remote call center three times to get things set up correctly. NO ONE in the call center seems to know anything bu needed a loaner car. Called some remote call center three times to get things set up correctly. NO ONE in the call center seems to know anything but the script on their screens. At the dealership, the car inspection was quick, video summary and phone call came pretty quickly in around 2 hours. Tyler Costa (service manager) was friendly, prompt, polite. The work was completed on time. It was expensive, but I do trust the dealership to have qualified mechanics to do the job right. I have gone to IRA Lexus for about 20 years now. They are super reliable. I have almost enjoyed making them rich. The new call center is a joke. More

This was a good service visit. In addition to getting an oil and filter change (at a discount) thanks), my advisors pointed out that I was due for a vehicle inspection. I do have a question that is unrelated to this particular service visit: WHY US IT THAT YOU NEVER ASK FOR A REVIEW WHEN THINGS DO NOT GO WELL, SUCH AS WHEN CUSTOMER-FACING EMPLOYEES FAIL TO RETURN PHONE CALLS AND/OR FOLLOW-UP ON ISSUES?
