Scheduling the appointment online was not easy as I needed a loaner car. Called some remote call center three times to get things set up correctly. NO ONE in the call center seems to know anything bu needed a loaner car. Called some remote call center three times to get things set up correctly. NO ONE in the call center seems to know anything but the script on their screens. At the dealership, the car inspection was quick, video summary and phone call came pretty quickly in around 2 hours. Tyler Costa (service manager) was friendly, prompt, polite. The work was completed on time. It was expensive, but I do trust the dealership to have qualified mechanics to do the job right. I have gone to IRA Lexus for about 20 years now. They are super reliable. I have almost enjoyed making them rich. The new call center is a joke. More
