I had another great experience here. I was way overdue on an oil change, finally had time to schedule an appt, called at 530pm and was able to make an appt for 715am the next day! I've been serviced by Watertown lexus dealer, and was impressed by their services, with the most unprofessional answers I've ever heard in my life, so short story, I decided to take my car to" IRA LEXU impressed by their services, with the most unprofessional answers I've ever heard in my life, so short story, I decided to take my car to" IRA LEXUS "in Danvers, I've heard good feedback about them, I was received a nice valet staff, and then i was greeted by Tyler the service tech, very professional, that took notes of issues that i had with my car for years, and call Mike incharge technician and he was prompt to diagnose the car issues, and right the way he could tell the problem it had, and my car was fixed the next day, it was very unsafe to drive it, I was so relieved that, now my wife could drive the car, it has been 2 years that she is taking ride share transport because the car would go out of power steering wheel assistance to no power steering assist, thank you Tyler and Mike fr om "IRA LEXUS", I'LL BE BACK AND RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE THAT OWNS A LEXUS.
