After being a loyal Kia customer for 17 years in the state of Kentucky, I just experienced the worst service from a dealership. They try to fix your day with a smile but what I needed fixed was my vehicle. They take your money, but they don't want to be accountable for their actions. Well, for whoever is reading, educate yourself, look into the Better Business Bureau complaints they received from this dealership and make a wise decision. Do not recommend this dealership to the worse enemy More

Great service they performed a recall for the EMC software update on my 2024 Telluride they also did the 14 point check that stated everything looks good and washed my vehicle. The service staff is very professional and works cleanly and efficiently. The installation went without a hitch. I have every confidence that my vehicle will receive excellent care at this dealership by highly trained mechanics. Their beverage machine makes excellent Hot Vanilla Chocolate, which makes the wait more pleasant. More
