From the moment we stepped into the dealership, he made us feel welcome, listened to what we were looking for, and guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm. Mackenzie was incredibly knowledgeable about the Telluride lineup and took the time to explain all the features, options, and packages in a way that made everything clear and easy to understand. There was never any pressure—just honest, helpful advice and a sincere desire to help us find the perfect car. More

I was told that’s how they “get paid.” They didn’t care that making me 2 hours longer mattered so long as their tech “got paid.” What is the point of making an appointment?? Additionally while waiting there, it was like sitting in a bar. All the customer service people have no qualms about cackling, screwing off, talking about their weekends and other personal things very loudly for all the people waiting for service to hear and listen to. Very unprofessional and low class not to mention it’s no wonder why service is delayed. Buyer Beware— Reminder to everyone that they are getting paid sales commission for recommending service which means…,can you really trust if service is truly needed More
