Best experience we've ever had purchasing a new car !! My husband and I went in to Phillips Toyota after just having a horrible experience at Jenkins Hyundai. We met with Chad Howell and Mikey Kuhn and wer My husband and I went in to Phillips Toyota after just having a horrible experience at Jenkins Hyundai. We met with Chad Howell and Mikey Kuhn and were pleasantly surprised. They were the best sales team we have ever dealt with in all of our years of buying vehicles. They were courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the Toyota Highlander. And when it came time to crunch the numbers, we got what we wanted for our trade and we received a good price on the Highlander. It was so nice to just deal with Chad and Mikey through the whole process and not have different people come and try to beat you down. At the last minute we decided we wanted to pick up our new vehicle on a Saturday night. Mikey was kind enough to wait for us, walk us through the finance portion and then sat with us in the car and showed us how all of the features worked, the phone, the entertainment system, everything. And it was past closing time for him. We are extremely grateful to both of them and to Phillips for making this an enjoyable process for us and not a horror show !! Thanks again, The Tullson's More
