Exceeded Expectations! A month ago we purchased our second Toyota at Phillips Toyota from Bryan Perez, Sales Representative. To us, Phillips has always been customer focused but in this situation under the leadership of their new General Manager Rob Jordan, Phillips exceeded our expectations. After contacting Phillips about our situation, Rob set the wheels in motion with his team of Tom Pardo, Finance, Michael Kuhn, Sales Manager and Bryan Perez. In three hours they were able to find another vehicle for us that more than met our satisfaction.
