Shopping for Used Car I had been looking online for a car for my son for several weeks. I had followed up in person at a few dealerships and was very disappointed in the t I had been looking online for a car for my son for several weeks. I had followed up in person at a few dealerships and was very disappointed in the treatment I received. This all changed when I met with Michael Minter at University CDJR in Rome. Michael was very nice, helpful and easy to work with. In fact, the entire staff was! I was treated with courtesy and friendliness by everyone I saw there. I bought a car at what I felt was a fair price with excellent customer service. More

He gave us valuable information on things we could do to help in the future as well as getting us approved for a new vehicle today! Unfortunately, the options didn't fit our needs. Michael Minor was friendly and very helpful with our whole experience. I will definitely be going there to make a purchase in the future. More

Wow! What service! I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through tru I contacted the dealership on a Saturday evening and caught them just before they were closing up shop. I was interested in a car I found through truecar.com and wanted to know if it was still available. It was, and Michael Minter, the salesman, was so helpful and accommodating, he and his general manager worked out a plan to BRING THE CAR TO ME IN CHATTANOOGA on Monday! We did all the financing and paperwork over the phone, Michael was very communicative, and I was not obligated to buy the car when he arrived in Chattanooga (but I did buy it!). What a great experience. So friendly and helpful, fantastic price on the car, and made it all very easy on my end. More
