Based on recent experiences, I strongly advise caution when considering doing business with any Braman dealerships, and BMW of North America. From the beginning of the sales process, I encountered several when considering doing business with any Braman dealerships, and BMW of North America. From the beginning of the sales process, I encountered several issues that raised serious concerns about transparency. My trade-in was significantly undervalued, only to later find it listed with a $10,000 markup on their website. Information provided about the vehicle’s MMR was false and misleading, the overall sales process lacked integrity. At first, I was encouraged to lease a BMW i5 with an obvious and visible scratch on the front bumper and told to return later for repairs. More troubling, products and warranties I had explicitly declined were later added without my consent. Upon delivery, the vehicle was not cleaned and exhibited immediate mechanical concerns, including faulty windshield wipers, wheel bearing and breaking system issues, constant and unusual clunking sounds during and after DC fast charging. The (popcorn like sounds) were severe enough to warrant pulling over to let the vehicle cool down. Despite taking the vehicle back to the dealership within the first two weeks, there was no resolution. After a month of follow-ups and involvement from BMW North America, I was told an exchange of collateral had been approved. However, this too turned out to be misleading — I was later asked to pay over $19,000 plus deposits and fees to move forward in an attempt to lure me into a trade, which is unreasonable in the context of a vehicle defective. In such cases, either a full buyback or substitution of collateral is applicable which was promised in writing by both Braman and BMW NA, an even swap. The vehicle had been at the dealership for over a month, and service staff refused to take it to an Electrify America for appropriate diagnostic tests. Huge vulnerability and safety issues for my family or even the general public at this point. All BMW electric vehicles are a problem child both domestically and abroad, particularly related to overheating, breaking system, high-voltage battery cooling and power lost while driving. In conclusion, stay as far as you possibly can from both BMW of North America and Braman Motors, save the aggravation and if you accidentally go in, do yourself a huge favor and walk out. BMW has sold customers junk for decades and long pattern of lawsuits against Braman Motors for deceptive sales and services practices. Truth in lending act violations unfair and deceptive trade practices at it’s best. FLHSMV should swiftly launch an investigation and pause their operations immediately, not sure how they have been allowed to operate with impurity for so long. Clear intentional patterns of misrepresentations and dealer frauds, overall unethical sales and service culture, a complete mess!!! More

Just purchased my first CPO BMW from Braman BMW in West Palm Beach. This is one of many vehicles that I have purchased from this dealership over the years and have always had a great experience. My client advisor, Andrea Bonato was extremely professional and always kept me advised of any new vehicles that might meet my criteria. The process took several months and she never stopped being accessible and was always willing to update me on any car that I showed an interest in. The best part is that she was not pushy or overbearing, but seemed to reach out just enough to keep me engaged even when I wasn’t certain that I would even end up purchasing. Even after the sale, she kept in touch and was able to assist with a small repair that I needed. It is truly rare for a sales person to stay involved and ensure that the entire experience remains positive. I would highly recommend contacing Andrea if you have the need for a new or pre owned vehicle. The entire process has been a pleasure. I should also note that the day I was ready to purchase, Andrea was not able to be there, she put me in the hands of another advisor, Lizzette Maldonado, who handled the rest of the transaction perfectly. The entire dealership staff worked together beautifully to finalize the deal. More

I first met Carlos Sanchez about six weeks prior to my purchase . At that time, Braman did not have a car in stock that met my requirements. For the next several weeks, knowing what I wanted, Carlos continued to inform me of all new inventory as it arrived, that met or was close to meeting my desires. As I had hoped, a car that met my needs soon became available and my wife and I Made an appointment with Carlos and purchased the car. Carlos and the entire staff at Braman were extremely professional and courteous. Thanks to Carlos and Michael Morganstein for making our buying experience a pleasure. One last thing: After meeting with other dealerships during my search, I decided to chose BMC who is located 2 1/2 hours from our home. A drive that my wife and I agree was worthwhile. Reason for buying the car, had a hit and run accident totaling my 02 bmw m3. These are the figures proving my point. Hopefully someone will read this and prevent this from happening again. 2017 BMW 320i - bought for 22k with 2k down financing 20k Trade in value - 16k, needed to buyout for trade $24k!! 24k + 2k down = 26k - 16k = 10k profit at my expense By definition this is a predatory (upside down) loan. Insult to injury: bmw financing said if they could give me 21k for a trade in if I buy from them, the only problem they don’t have anything on the lot I like. In other words they penalized me $5k for not buying from them! What’s scary is that they will do this to the next guy for another 10k....no respect for the customer, did I mention I’m a senior citizen. I found a car (2017 bmw M240i) I liked at Bmw South Motors for 36k, this is what happened at the trade in. Because Braman required 24k for a vehicle only worth 16k on the trade in I had to pay an additional 9k totaling 45k. South Motors even said that Braman took advantage of me. Talked to Michael at Braman bmw financing, he convinced himself that they did no wrong, figures don’t lie. Do not call send email only if you have the 5k. More
