While the service work is good and professional, scheduling is very difficult to do any earlier than two weeks in advance and the sales department is causing me to in no way want to ever buy another scheduling is very difficult to do any earlier than two weeks in advance and the sales department is causing me to in no way want to ever buy another vehicle there again. They continually badgered me with five phone calls to schedule a time on the trade in event even after I asked them to not call me back. More

Nice and pretty dealership but would not recommend for servicing your vehicle here they were busy even though I booked an appointment a week in advance so I had to wait longer than I should have. They did servicing your vehicle here they were busy even though I booked an appointment a week in advance so I had to wait longer than I should have. They did a car wash that left bird poop on the back of my trunk and claimed that the tire rotation was not necessary even though I’m past the due miles for it. So I waited 2 hours for a oil change and a crappy car wash. More

Didn’t get a print out of my 18 pt inspection when I got my Oil changed..So really not sure what they did . Got a very vague computer white sheet.. But they finally got my air pressure correct ..Simple tas my Oil changed..So really not sure what they did . Got a very vague computer white sheet..
