This helped me eliminate extra time hanging around the dealership. When it came time for finance Mac made the paperwork part way less stressful than I expected. That part took 10 minutes tops. The whole process felt easy, low pressure, and I can tell Michael genuinely cares about his customers. He gave me a complete overview of all of the features and ensure it was full detailed when I picked it up. The follow up has been also amazing! I bought a vehicle here in early 2025. I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the re I purchased a third-party extended warranty from them. I recently sold the vehicle and contacted Anthony to cancel my warranty for a refund of the remaining balance for the unused warranty (you must go through the dealership to cancel). He emailed me the document and I returned it to him the same day. I have now sent 4 follow up emails (one each week for the past four weeks) and left him an additional voicemail message. He has yet to respond to any of my messages, and each day that goes by that my request is not submitted, my refund amount gets reduced. His customer service is less than stellar. I only rated him one star because it didn’t give me the option of rating him as a zero star… More
