Both myself and my husband were very impressed with Stamford Ford Lincoln. Our salesman, Michael Mykytey was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He did not pressure us to purchase the vehicle and he gave us ample time to test drive and assess the car. He worked closely with Neil (pre-owned manager) so that we received a generous offer on our trade in and were able to purchase on our new vehicle within our budget. On the day of pickup, Andres (the finance manager) was well prepared and the paperwork was a breeze. Michael also patiently reviewed all the bells and whistles on the vehicle to make sure I was comfortable before departing. My husband is in the auto business and he was very impressed with the value and service we received at Stamford Ford Lincoln. We would highly reccomend this dealership to anyone. This time I needed bigger and a safer car for my growing family, as well as car that will be working well throughout whole year despite weather conditions. Michael was very attentive to my requests and had comprehensive answers on all my questions. He was thoughtful about my request, and made few suggestions that met my requirements. My choice was Lincoln MKX 2013 which totally met my requirements. Therefore I want to say thank you for great experience, and I'll definitely recommend Michael Mykytey and StamfordFord Dealer to my friends. More
