They get it done Our sales guy Michael was able to get us the price we wanted to spend on our new vehicles. Above and beyond any service I've ever received I thought is necessary to post my experience at a Stamford Ford because I've never had such a professional, caring and most of all, thoughtful experie I thought is necessary to post my experience at a Stamford Ford because I've never had such a professional, caring and most of all, thoughtful experience. My visit to Stamford ford was to find a side truck for my husband- a surprise gift for him. I called and spoke with Michael Mykytey. He was so nice right away I was at ease dealing with him. The truck I originally inquired about was no longer available but Michael said he would do some research and get back to me. I raised my budget a bit and called Michael, hoping this would greater my chances of finding a truck. It worked! He informed me they had something and I told him I would be right over. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted and asked if I would like anything to drink. Jokingly I replied " yes, a scotch on the rocks" I settled for a cold bottled water. Michael knew the truck was a gift and since my husband was with me, Michael played along. We found a truck we loved, Michael made the magic happen and the deal was done. When I arrived the next day to pick up the truck, Michael said he had a gift for me.....a bottle of scotch! I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and never has anyone put that much thought into doing something so special. Taking the time to purchase it, have it wrapped and given to me is just jaw-dropping. Immediately, I wanted to thank the general manager, Tom Zvon and let him know how special it is to have an employee that that. Thank you- thank you Michael for making this purchase so great. More

The salesman, Michael Mykytey, was the best I've ever worked with. He was most knowledgeable and worked hard to satisfy my needs. When issues were not in his control, he succeeded in getting management to go the extra mile for me. They were the most forthcoming management team I've ever encountered in the automobile business. Michael was always available and answered my calls promptly and authoritatively. We got a very wonderful car at a great price and with all the sales service I could ask for. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Michael Mykytey was my sales person. Michael was wonderful. Outstanding sales person. Knows every inch of the C-Max I purchased. Went above and beyond for me. Thru half of the transaction, I had to go and pick my grandson up from School. He smiled and said No problem. I will wait right here for you. Tremendous Customer Service. I would recommend Michael to anyone who is looking for a Ford. Tony Siciliano was Outstanding as well. And Dan Sexton, the technology Specialist, was going through the features of the gps, radio, and climate control for 30 minutes or more. Thank you all. Great job. Arlene More

Easy to Work With My wife had a minor accident on a weekday morning. I call Stamford Ford to see if they could look at the vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive. The My wife had a minor accident on a weekday morning. I call Stamford Ford to see if they could look at the vehicle to ensure it was safe to drive. Their first response was; "Is everyone ok?" The next response was if I needed assistance with police, towing and anything else. This gives you an idea of how customer focus this dealership is. While the Service Department completed their safety check on our van, we looked in the showroom. I had done some preliminary research previously about new cards and had the Fiesta on my list. Mike Mykytey greeted us and just listen to our current situation. He quickly organized a test drive of a Fiesta and then recommended to test drive a Focus. Although I was certain that a Fiesta would suffice, he said I should be fair to drive one to feel the difference. Mike answered all our questions and was very knowledgable about the differences in the vehicles. He also did not "favor" one over the other, just simply answer with facts and commented on my observations. Back in his office, he laid out finance options, again not promoting a purchase or lease, just listing out the facts. We ask him about a number of different options for the car (manual versus automatic), length of lease (24 or 36 month), and amount down. He looked into all these pricing options knowing that we were not looking to solve for a monthly payment amount but just to understand the various factors impacting that monthly payment. We reach an agreement within 2 hours of us walking in. I never felt pressured to sign anything regarding various "protections" or maintenance programs. Each item was explained and when I decided not to select it, Mike said fine and moved on, respecting my decision. We did plan to trade in our damaged van the day we picked up the new Fiesta but had to delay that. Again, this delay was handled promptly by the Stamford Ford team with Mike coordinating and ensuring all the paperwork was completed when I was able to finally turn in the van. Mike continues to check on how we are enjoying the new car and if we have questions. The whole team there took time to listen, be responsive to our questions and very easy to work with. Ford products must be considered in any new vehicle decision. Stamford Ford is the dealer I will go back to. More

Fantastic customer service! Upon entering Stamford Ford Lincoln, I was fortunate enough to deal with Michael Mykytey and Neil Avellino, although everyone there was excellent. The 2013 Ford Taurus Sel I looked at on their website was more beautiful and well built than I imagined. They both worked with me and gave me an excellent offer on my trade in and had me in a car i had fallen in love with and closed on it in a span of 3 days. Dealing with them felt more like two friends helping me make a right decision than the usual hi and goodbye sale. Every time i went in there Michael would offer me coffee, drinks, snacks, you name it. The customer service was matchless. Based on my experience I am going to send my family and friends to them because everyone should experience what I experienced at a car dealership this month, and that dealership is Ford Lincoln of Stamford. Great Experience I was very impressed with the sales team at Stamford Ford and Lincoln. They had a car I was interested in so I called and talked to Marco Salazar. He said the car was under deposit but would call me back if the deal fell through. Sure enough, Marco called me the next day to tell me the car was available again. I arranged to drive out (80 miles from my home) to test drive the vehicle. Marco had the day off so he directed me to Neil Avellino, his manager. Neil noticed that the in cabin trunk release was not working and said he would have it fixed. I drove the car and decided to buy it. Neil then introduced me to Michael Mykytey, who did all the paperwork. They worked like a well-oiled machine. I think I bought the second lowest priced car on the lot but they treated me as if I were buying a Bentley. The car was clean and had brand new tires on it. The cabin trunk release was repaired, as promised. I would recommend this dealership to others without hesitation. At the end of the sale Marco felt it was important that I meet Dominic Franchella, the dealership owner. I could tell that Dominic valued my patronage and wanted to make sure that I was treated well by his sales team. No worries in that regard. They're doing it the right way at Stamford Ford and Lincoln. More
