Living in New England and during our recent storms, I knew my car wasn't right for me. One of the salesmen drove the car to me and helped me with the paperwork and registration and then took my trade in back with him. This is what Customer Service is all about. "Going above and beyond". I love my new Impreza and have survived 2 big storms getting to and from work without any issues. Thank you ! More

Everyone we spoke with was very helpful and friendly. Everyone learned and remembered our names and we were always offered coffee, tea or water at every visit. We were given a great deal on a new (2013) Outback and were given a fair trade on our old vehicle. Mark walked us through every step of the sale very professionally and patiently. We never felt pressured or like we were being taken advantage of. After weeks of research , a ton of emails, and one After weeks of research , a ton of emails, and one prolonged 'discussion' at another dealership (where the salesman would take our counteroffers/que After weeks of research , a ton of emails, and one prolonged 'discussion' at another dealership (where the salesman would take our counteroffers/questions in to some phantom sales manager's office only to return with yet another counter counter-offer), we narrowed down our choices to two dealerships to purchase a Subaru Outback for my wife. One was in NH, the other was Cityside. Both were winnowed from research done through Consumer Reports online "Build & Buy" program (highly recommend). Edmonds has a similar service which is also very good. Long story short, we never made it to NH and bought an Outback Premium within a half hour of arrival. The negotiations were relaxed and, more importantly, face to face with Rob Krasow and Aleksey. Michael and Nelson were also low key and helpful as initial, and then final, paperwork was completed. We had a trade in, and perhaps could have made more money on it, especially through a private sale, but to avoid the hassle of the latter and because Cityside's offer was justifiably fair (plus the equally fair price on the Outback itself), we felt it was an overall good deal for us. Pickup was uneventful, and Aleksey spent approximately an hour with us going over key sections of the various manuals, and in the car itself to highlight its principal features. Overall, it was as pleasant and uneventful a car purchase as one could hope for, and we would highly recommend Cityside. More

My experience with buying a new car at CitySide Subaru was nothing short of exquisite. My car was totaled in a fender-bender and I needed to get a new car promptly. I was looking specifically at Subarus because I had heard what fantastic and reliable cars they were, and have had great experiences in friends' Subarus. I was looking specifically for a manual Subaru Forester with black interior. I found the model I wanted at MetroWest Subaru, however they were not a preferred dealer for my insurance company, so I wouldn't have been eligible for my insurance discount if I'd purchased there. Upon contacting CitySide Subaru, Michael Nelson was very responsive and accomodating to my needs - with a down payment to secure the vehicle, he offered to drive to MetroWest Subaru and pick up my preferred model for me and bring it back to CitySide Subaru for me to purchase that night! He and his team worked tirelessly to answer my family's questions and make the process go as smoothly as possible. He has also answered my service-related questions in an exceptionally timely manner. I was very surprised and impressed with how great the customer service experience was, and feel fortunate to have such caring people to address my future car needs at this dealership.
