These employees made the whole process of ordering and picking up the car the dealership easy. They were straight to the point, no gimmicks and helped me with what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend this dealership to other friends and family. Besides the one incident where I almost backed up into a brand new WRX because the car was already in gear. Rookie mistake. This is something I'll always talk about when I'm driving my WRX. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase. More

Easiest Purchase, even after owning many Subarus! We decided to consolidate cars and turned two Oubacks in for one. We went into the dealership having a good idea of what we were looking for and was just deciding between an Outback or Forrester. We don’t live close to Cityside (about 45 minutes away), but after looking locally we found they had the best inventory. We popped into the dealership very quickly on a Saturday afternoon with limited time to see if we could look at a few of the cars. We also wanted to see what the response was like from some of the sales people. Glen was the first to greet us, got us into a test drive quick with our limited time frame. We both owned Outbacks prior, so really only needed to test drive to see the new redesigned model. Glen told us once we drove it, we would want it and he was right! We went back the next day to finalize the purchase and determine the trade-in values. Working with Glen was an extremely easy process. He made the whole sale effortless and we never once felt pressured to buy. Because we lived a distance away, Glen made special delivery arrangements for us and remembered all the small features we asked for (floor mats etc). We highly recommend CitySide and Glen! If we decide to go back to two cars, we will be back to CitySide for another Subaru and to work with Glen again. More

When our insurance company did not get the insurance stamp completed in time for a pickup, Tom generously offered a free dealership car for the next day. Unknown to Tom, I was handling the funeral arrangements for my father that day and had to close his apartment, accounts and arrange the memorial service. Without a car, none of this would have been accomplished. In addition, I love my Outback - a gem of a car. Thanks Tom for your great service. More

Prior to my appointment, I had informed Junior about what I was looking for and what I was willing to spend. I also told him I was looking to trade in my current vehicle. He was prepared for the appointment and had several vehicles for me to look at. None were above the price I was looking to spend. While I looked at the different vehicles, he had my vehicle appraised. At no time was there any pressure to buy. The whole experience was unlike anything I had experienced with a car dealership in the past. I purchased the vehicles and it was registered and inspected in no time. My great experience with Cityside continued with finance and Mike Nelson who was non nonsense and was not pushy. I recommend them highly. More

Amazing Experience Buying a New Car Glen was a pleasure to work with. I had already picked out a used 2014. It wasn't the color I wanted, but the price was right. Glen reached out to Glen was a pleasure to work with. I had already picked out a used 2014. It wasn't the color I wanted, but the price was right. Glen reached out to me and assured me that CitySide would be able to find a deal on a 2015 model in the color I wanted. I was slightly skeptical given that my budget was sized for a used 2014 model, but they made it work under my budget! I spent the rest of my budget prepaying maintenance so I could save even more. They also took my trade-in at a very reasonable price. I walked out with a new car and I felt like I got a steal. I would recommend CitySide, and specifically Glen, if you are interested in a Subaru. If you want to buy a Subaru, go to Cityside I have been involved with the purchase of one Outback and two Foresters within the past three months. My experience shows that not only does the sales I have been involved with the purchase of one Outback and two Foresters within the past three months. My experience shows that not only does the salesman I worked with, Tom D'lesandro, care about his customers, but the rest of the sales force do too. I used Consumer Reports Build-a-Car program, received three offers, and Cityside matched the lowest, as in I asked, they answered in the affirmative, and we moved onto the next topic. Talk about hassle free. It is no surprise that Cityside is the number 2 auto dealer on the Boston's 2014 A-List of auto dealerships and in the top 5 for both the State of Massachusetts and the greater Boston Area by Dealer Rater.
