Nathan joined our sales team in 2012. Nathan is also a huge sports fan. One of his most fond memories is watching the Boston Red Sox come from three games down in the 2004 ALCS and later win the World Series finally reversing the curse. A little known fact, Nathan was scouted in high school and invited to an open try out with the Tampa Bay Rays. Nathan is a proud husband and father and it shows. Ask him about his wife and son and watch him light up.

Every aspect of my experience with Cityside Subaru was outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I tho outstanding. I spoke with Brian O'Malley on the phone and he connected me with Mike DiFrancisco, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with Mike. He and Nathan Williams went the extra mile to make sure I got the exact car I wanted, and Eric Burd made the financial bits downright pleasant - a first for me! When picking up the car, Mike spent extra time with me to be sure I knew how everything worked before I drove off the lot. Adam Gelfusa even made a brief appearance when my cranky phone refused to pair with the Crosstrek (silly thing), and helped me to resolve the issue quickly. I have leased many cars over the years, but I have never been more impressed with a car dealership. Not only was Mike an absolute joy to work with, not once did I feel pressured to make a deal on a car. From the first phone call until I picked up my new Crosstrek, it was clear to me that the wonderful team at Cityside Subaru was more interested in me getting what I wanted, than they were in making a quick sale.
