I had set my mind on a Subaru after much on line research and my son's experience with Forester (in PA). My good friend suggested this dealership and I went with him and selected the car with loads of features. My experience with the sales person was very pleasant. He advised on numerous issues ranging from the features of the car to financing as well. When it came time for the paperwork, it was efficient and highly professional. The car was ready for delivery at the time promised to me and I was able to close this deal and have sufficient time to go return my leased car at a different dealership. The sales person went through and explained all the features in this new car in great details and I am very much enjoying driving my new car. I have great praises for the people at CitySide Subaru. More

Already the experience was much better than another dealer (different brand) that totally ignored me when I went into the showroom. I ended up bringing my husband back and he fell in love with a Legacy Premium. Tom was easy to work with, no high pressure. We felt totally comfortable with him. Tom knows the features of the vehicles - inside and out. The entire buying experience with Tom and Mike Nelson in Finance was much easier than expected. I highly recommend Tom and the Cityside dealership and would consider buying there again. More

We had some very specific requests and Mark helped us get everything ready and find a car. Even though it took about 4 weeks for them to find the car we wanted he updated us frequently and always let us know what was going on. We are very happy with the car we picked up yesterday and everything was hassle free. I can definitely recommend this dealership and especially Mark Lidano!!! More

From the mont I entered until I drove out with my New Car, the staff could not have been nicer. I must start with Tom D'Alessandro (WOW) he has to be the most pleasant sales person ever he took complete time with me,first explaining the engine and showing a few (very short tutorials) so I could understand the quality of my Legacy. When we went for a test drive, he was very calm and explain any details and options that the car had. Working with Tom was like being with a friend (this was day 1 of meeting him) THANK YOU TOM ! When it came to trading in my car, Tome introduced me to his manager Nate,again a pure pleasure. Nate was kind and very Generous with my trade in. Thanks Nate. Lastly, all my financing was done by Michael,fully explained everything before signing, he went trough it all again. I can't say enough about this Company.
