Great Experience I cant say enough about the Team at Mohawk Honda. Everyone was very helpful, Brandie answered all my questions over the phone, and even took the time I cant say enough about the Team at Mohawk Honda. Everyone was very helpful, Brandie answered all my questions over the phone, and even took the time to take us for a test drive. She set me up with Camren McKenna who is by far the best sales person Ive had the pleasure of doing business with. When we hit a road block with pricing Andrew Guelcher came right out and went over all my options, his matter of fact approach helped with my decision. Overall the Mohawk Honda team helped me get in to the SUV I wanted for the price I could afford. More

Tire Issues After Just ONE Month! Let me start with a quote from the sales manager this afternoon: "if your mechanic has a problem with it, then he can call me, since we send them busi Let me start with a quote from the sales manager this afternoon: "if your mechanic has a problem with it, then he can call me, since we send them business from time to time and we didn't do anything illegal", the last words spoken to me by Michael Nicholas before I nodded and left. If you want legal, nothing to complain here. And overall, Honda is a good car. BUT, I just finished a visit with my mechanic because the air pressure tire light was on. It turns out, I was sold a car where one side of the car (two tires) had an air pressure of 40 and the other side 25 (the two other tires). Also, my mechanic let me know that I would need new tires in the Fall. So, for a certified 2012 Honda Civic, Mohawk Honda was within their requirements by law. And yet, I feel very unsettled about my less-than-perfect experience. Did I mention that I was told when buying the car that it had "brand new tires"? Well, the car is certified, purchased with bumper-to-bumper insurance, and I'll be paying out of pocket to go to my own mechanic as much as I can. I hope that tells you how much trust I now put into Mohawk Honda. It's that passive-aggressive-blackmail-via-the-customer comment that really got me, though. I'll admit that John Potenza did a patient job of answering my questions at the purchase of the car and asked several times if I had had any other issues today as Michael was surveying the vehicle and checked for leaks in the tires. However, I just can't get over the fact that someone didn't check the air pressure in the tires when they sold me the car and not one apology came from John or his manager Michael Nicholas. After all, it certainly wasn't convenient to have to go to the mechanic today and then also drive to the dealership. Chances I would recommend to friends and family = 0% More

Ask for John Potenza for a positive car buying experience! I was not sure what car I wanted to buy and went to several different dealers including a different Honda dealer. A good friend of mine recommended Mohawk Honda even though it was about 40 min away from my house. Promised me it would be worth the trip. I am so glad I went! John Potenza Sales Consultant and Michael Nicholas Pre-owned Vehicle Manager gave me the best trade value for my 2008 Jeep out of all the many dealers I went to. They treat you like family and by the time you leave, you are a part of the Mohawk Honda Family. It was so easy and painless. Everyone on staff was professional, friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed...no pressure. Don't waste your time like I did shopping other dealers! Do it right the first time and just go to Mohawk Honda!!!! I love my new 2015 CR-V! More

Great customer service Lindsey Haraden was fantastic to work with as was the rest of the staff at Mohawk. I never felt pressured and they let me move at my own pace even on Lindsey Haraden was fantastic to work with as was the rest of the staff at Mohawk.
