kindness, honesty, no pressure & exceptional service it was our pleasure to work with mike bennice, your sales consultant, joe vita, your financial manager, skyler, the tech who worked on our car, mike N it was our pleasure to work with mike bennice, your sales consultant, joe vita, your financial manager, skyler, the tech who worked on our car, mike Nicholas, trade in appraiser & jake doyle. we came in on a busy Saturday(april 29)and mike made himself available and was amenable to showing us a used Honda pilot.on our way out we saw a used Honda ridgeline. we made an appt with Mike for Wed., May 3. He had the ridgeline we were interested in cleaned up and ready to roll and took us for a test drive. we immediately liked the car. we were able to talk to skyler, your auto tech, who had worked on the vehicle. he told us what was already done with the vehicle and what more he needed to do. both mike and skyler were professional and friendly. it was obvious that they liked their jobs at Mohawk Honda...which, to us, says a lot about a business. Mike Nichols arrived to appraise our trade in(a 2010 Honda Civic). he was honest and realistic and pointed out a fault in our Honda that we did not even realize existed. he explained the problem in our civic in a straight forward manner, which was appreciated. Mike then took me to the car so I could see the problem for myself. We then met Joe Vita, your financial manager who explained warrantees and finances and gave us the information without pressuring us into anything. truly, the plus side of our dealings with Mohawk Honda was meeting with the 4 individuals mentioned above. We never felt pressured into buying the ridgeline(which we love)or trading our civic(which truly served us well), or buying warrantees etc. it seemed all your workers worked well with each other, as well as with us. this says a lot about a business to us. you are to be commended on keeping your staff happy, which in turn works well for the customers you serve. we will certainly go back to Mohawk Honda when we want another vehicle. thank you. wayne & Maggie pebler More

I work with Kyla, Mike Nicholas' daughter, Kyla explained to him that I was thinking of trading in my Pilot and to please have someone speak with me when I was there for my service appointment. I met with Lindsey, she showed me all the new features of the 2017 CRV she took me for a test drive and I was sold. Lindsey never made me feel pressured! John Higgins, Sales and Leasing Consultant had taken the features in the car I was looking for and as soon as it came available John called and said 'the car I was looking for just cam in" With great features like Leather interior and heated adjustable seats etc. He had a few colors that I was looking for, as soon it came on the lot John called me . John found the Accord and did a awesome presentation of the Honda Accord 2016 EX-L. It's just the Honda that I will produ of driving for the next 5 years. Hats off to Michael Nicholas for the great pizza. Eric O'Reilly for '"taking good care of my new car". Best car-buying experience ever Having had great experiences with other Hondas, I knew that I wanted my next car to be a Honda. I started my first search at a different dealership th Having had great experiences with other Hondas, I knew that I wanted my next car to be a Honda. I started my first search at a different dealership that I had been to before and ended up leaving feeling overwhelmingly pressured to put a deposit down on a car that I wasn't sure that I wanted or sure I could afford. Some co-workers of mine shared that they had had similar experiences until they went to Mohawk Honda and strongly urged me to try it out. I'm so glad that I did. Jason Cooper was my salesman and he was so easy going and really made me feel like this was my decision and he was there to help me make the righ one. Michael Nicholas was also extremely pedsonalable and came over a few times to make sure things were going smoothly. After I decided to buy the car I had the pleasure of working with Joe Vita who walked me through all the financing and made sure I understood everything. The level of professionalism was so refreshing right down to Junior showing me how to work all the new technology in my CR-V. I would recommend Mohawk Honda to anyone. Don't even bother going anywhere else. More
