I had my car towed to Kia of Riverside. I had no appointment obviously. The Service Department is one of the rudest I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I’m at their mercy to get my car l I had no appointment obviously. The Service Department is one of the rudest I have ever dealt with. Unfortunately I’m at their mercy to get my car looked at. I was informed yesterday that it is out of Kia’s warranty however it is covered under Silverrocks warranty. Kia is one of the most bought vechicles. Because I purchased my car from a dealership other then them I’m treated so disrespectfully. I never asked for them to push my vehicle in front of other cars to be worked on. They are the rudest. I would not recommend them to anyone. More

The customer service here is HORRIBLE! I have called multiple times to reach the service dept. I am transferred, the phone just rings, receptionist keeps transferring, then after 10-15 minutes of the ph multiple times to reach the service dept. I am transferred, the phone just rings, receptionist keeps transferring, then after 10-15 minutes of the phone just ringing, they disconnect me. I have tried the live chat. Was told they will send a message to service dept, After a week, still no contact. I tried to make an appointment online for service, the service I need is not on their list and says ask advisor. Can't get a hold of anyone to ask advisor. The parts dept is not any better. Made a purchase, was told they will call me when the part comes in. Went to cashier to pay and noticed the parts advisor put in the wrong phone number. Went back after I paid and told him he entered the wrong number. He stood there and said he would change it on his end but did not pull out the paperwork or enter the correct number in the computer. Not sure how they will call me when the part comes in when they have the wrong phone number that he didn't correct while I was there. This is absolutely the WORST dealership. So glad I did not purchase my car from here. And I would not have even made the parts purchase here but they can get it in quicker than my alternate choice so I was in a no win situation. But this will be the absolute last contact (or no contact since no one ever answers) with this dealership. I cannot believe that the owner is not aware of how their service dept cannot pick up a phone call. I worked for a dealership and we would never be allowed to let a phone ring more than 3 times, let alone 10 minutes straight. Hopefully someone will see this and look into it further and make changes. This is just highly unacceptable. More

Kia does not care about safety Kia does not care about saftey !!!!!!!!!Car disabled 3 times !!!Hybrid system to secound owner is under warranty until 60k. My first issue was cared f Kia does not care about saftey !!!!!!!!!Car disabled 3 times !!!Hybrid system to secound owner is under warranty until 60k. My first issue was cared for at 45k the secound on the same malfunction happened at 66k and returned the car back to me . Now the third time 85k and they won’t fix the issue but it’s the same one that never got fixed ? How is this good customer care you never fixed the issue . The first time I was on the freeway the car disabled leaving me stranded . Secound time it disabled causing a car accident . The third time a month after the accident leaving me stuck again and now reporting a lemon they won’t accept that the car is unsafe . Causing me to have to get a lawyer ? Why can’t kia just settle and give me a safe car ! I love this car but hate that I feel unsafeand am so sad I can’t ever bring myself to buy a new one because kia motors does not take saftey serious !!! The car disabled 3 times !!!!! Does it really take someone dying or being seriously injured to actually care for this company ! Can’t believe national and the executive team doesn’t want to improve the image of safety . More
