Starting with sales, Michael O'Connor made me, my sister and sister-law comfortable from the first introductions to the closing on the car. He explained each stage of the process thoroughly. He covered all my options for purchase. I decided on a previously owned 2017 X3 fully loaded with the technology packages. I just know I will be happy with the car.
