Jose was extremely personable and knowledgeable concerning the vehicle I was interested in. Later that day, Michael stepped in and was also very helpful and excellent to deal with. With the assistance of the sales mgr., Mr Darryl Callahan, we were able to negotiate a lease price. The day after my wife and I signed all the paperwork we decided we needed to alter the lease agreement. Michael and Darryl worked with me and Toyota Financial to get this done. They could of just told me that it was not possible but they spent the time and effort to work with Toyota Financial to assure my satisfaction! More

The sale was quick, comfortable, and I felt very satisfied with their honesty and sincerity. Michael O'Hare was our sales person, and he was so pleasant, and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to him! The financial man, Richard Schiro, was also very pleasant and got right to the point. When we opted out of getting extra care maintenance, he wasn't pushy like the others have been. The Manager, Pinkal Patel was also very honest, and very helpful. After dealing with Acura on Rt.9 and putting up with all their garbage, it was heavenly to meet all these professionals. I highly recommend Toyota!! Thanks Guys for a wonderful experience! I picked up my 2014 RAV4 on Monday, 3/17/14. This is the second car that I have leased from DCHwappingers and will not be the last. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to connect my cell phone to the vehicle for hands free talking. I never used this feature before as I did not understand the technical setup.
