Right from the start the service was great. Dan was very energetic, charismatic, and knew what I wanted right away. He was quick to get my attention and all throughout was very helpful by keeping in contact energetic, charismatic, and knew what I wanted right away. Andrew Toyota-Scion is not your run-of-the-mill dealership. I can say this from what I have read about and personally experienced with already a number of dealerships. So, in the early morning, we dealership. I can say this from what I have read about and personally experienced with already a number of dealerships. So, in the early morning, we took the 30-minute drive to this dealership hoping to have a different experience from what we already had. Upon our entrance, we were immediately struck by the sunny welcome and friendliness of Mr. Scott Hatton as he inquired how he could be of help. Of course, this is not what my reason for saying they are not your ordinary dealership. Other dealerships did that to us also. But what made the difference is that that friendliness and concern to help us turned out to be genuine. How so? After reaching what I know is an "honest" price based on my own research and while papers are being finalized, I noticed that crossbars are not yet installed which I believe is included in the deal and which I brought to their notice, but because of time constraint on my part, I decided to leave without them. Next day, believing it is just an oversight and wanting to use this if they are true to their motto, "Customer satisfaction is our passion," we returned and after some explanations on both sides, the manager, Mr. Michael Oppermann, gladly promised us we will have the crossbars in 1 week as they are yet to be ordered. By this, we have no doubt they are true to their creed and that they are one of those organization who will do what is just right, however inconvenient. However, we have no idea that the best is yet to come. After a week, we called if the crossbars are ready for pickup, Michael informed us that more than and beyond the crossbars, we are about to receive a sweeter deal - that they went out of their way to include our contract, which has already been finalized 1 week before, under the 0% APR incentive which took effect just 1 day before.This dealership proved themselves to be not fair, not good, but truly outstanding. Our business with them is a pleasure in the true sense of the word. If this review is too long, pardon me, for this is the smallest thing we can do to thank them for their excellent job. Thank you Scott and Michael. We look forward to doing business with you again for our next car. More

I have been a customer of this dealership for quite some time now, and I have always been happy. However, this time I worked with three people who made the experience exceptional. Jacqueline McCrae was time now, and I have always been happy. However, this time I worked with three people who made the experience exceptional. Jacqueline McCrae was my sales person, and it was clear from the beginning that she had my interests in mind. I never felt pressured to make a decision, and she spent a great deal of time with me trying to understand what my needs were versus what was in the sale for her. I will recommend her highly to my friends and acquaintances, because I want to see her succeed...she's very good at what she does. I also worked with Jerod Johnson in financing who also couldn't have been any nicer or more helpful. I had a lot of questions regarding the lease agreement, extended warranty, etc. and he was very patient while explaining things sometimes more than once. Michael Opperman was the manager on hand when I was negotiating the lease with Jacquleine and, he too, took time with me and was very understanding when I made it clear that there were budgetary limits I was working within. He worked hard to get me into a car that worked for me and that I comfortably afford. Lastly, when I received the car in the service bay I was greeted warmly, as usual, by Dan who took a moment to look over the car with me and join me in the experience of driving off the lot with my new car. I freely admit that I'm the person who hates to shop, as well as negotiate prices, for cars, but my experience at Andrew made the process as painless as I can imagine it being...good job, folks!
