Truly Amazing!!! From the time we got there till the time we left we were treated like family!! Mike took us on our test drive and was a pleasure to work with. Ernie went over the pricing with us and was very fair and very knowledgeable. Finally Doug took care of all our financing without any issues. We arrived at 11am and we were out by 230pm!!!! This was absolutely the best experience we have ever had at a dealership!!! Thanks for everything!!!! More

Great Service, friendly staff, beautiful cars. Courtesy Chevrolet lives up to their name. Courteous and friendly staff, working diligently to make the customer happy. I went in looking at a used Camaro and left out in a brand new Trax! Sweet little ride, they took my trade in... a 2015 Hyundai Sonata and they made it as easy as possible. I was there a few hours and they made sure that I ate and offered me a tasty sandwich. I think anyone that goes to this dealership won't be sorry. More

Great Experience I looked up a car in auto trader that I have been waiting to get, and the add said it was located at this dealership (Courtesy Chevrolet) my Experienc I looked up a car in auto trader that I have been waiting to get, and the add said it was located at this dealership (Courtesy Chevrolet) my Experiences at other dealerships have not been particularly pleasant! My Experience was great! Mike my salesman was polite, friendly and was looking out for my best interests, which was getting a good deal in my price range! I would and will recommend this dealership to all my friends and family in the future! More

The BEST Chevrolet Dealership In San Diego! I had been shopping for a new Corvette for a month or so, from here to LA. After talking with several dealerships through their Internet Sales, I was I had been shopping for a new Corvette for a month or so, from here to LA. After talking with several dealerships through their Internet Sales, I was extremely surprised at the very different levels of customer service which I received!...everything from great, to acting like they didn't even want to sell me a new Corvette!! I began to wonder WHY some of these dealerships were even in business! When I began my search, Courtesy did not have a model of 'Vette with the options I wanted. Surprisingly, most are manual transmissions! I came almost full circle, returning to Courtesy's web site. I initially did not received a 'warm & fuzzy' feeling when I called, but my persistence lead me to Joe & Mike, who were friendly, helpful, courteous and worked with me to purchase my Corvette. Oh yeah, did I mention they got in the car which was exactly what I wanted, at a great price?! Thanks to all who made buying our new Corvette an (almost) painless event. If you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, just go to Courtesy Chevrolet and save yourself the hassle of shopping around! Courtesy 'sets the bar' for car dealerships! More

Easy!! Mike really went the extra mile trying to get exactly what i wanted (price, down payment, etc). He really worked with me and gave me options.
