Worst customer service after purchase. Got a used suv, could not find a Jack or the tool for the spare tire,check engine light one week after purchase, called and asked if they could check Got a used suv, could not find a Jack or the tool for the spare tire,check engine light one week after purchase, called and asked if they could check the light and supply the Jack and tool. They refused to help on both counts unless I played for both. I think that at least the Jack issue is a safety issue and it should have at least been disclosed at time of purchase. I would have kept the one I had on the trade in. They were very nice while buying, they quickly forgot who I was one week later More
