Service experience was outstanding. My daughter resides in Kentucky and I needed service work on her 98 Honda civic. The dealership genuinely tries to make each custom was outstanding. They did everything one could possibly expect during the acquisition and delivery of a new vehicle. These gentlemen know their business and truly understand what customer satisfaction is all about. On delivery, Holly Pitt was knowledgeable and thorough as she demonstrated the new features. Since the mid 90’s I have taken my various Hondas to the Honda World location for service. The service team members Debra Judd and David Briensten have “always” been good listeners, and have resolved any issues my Hondas may have had. Dealing with Marshall from Honda World had the feeling of doing business with a long time friend instead of a car salesman. It took about 8 hours and I test drove several different vehicles before I finally made a selection. I think that some people would had gotten frustrated with my indecisiveness, however Marshall was extremely patient and urged me to make a selection that I was comfortable with. I will definitely recommend friends and family to visit Honda World and to request Marshall's service. More
