A completely satisfying selection and purchase process I actually strongly dislike the car buying process and what it has become - car lots and dealerships abound with fast deals cloaked in deception and a I actually strongly dislike the car buying process and what it has become - car lots and dealerships abound with fast deals cloaked in deception and an inability to form and maintain long-term relationships. I found a car I liked online and visited Honda World and was greeted by Michael Porro, who directed me to Arthur Wilson. It is a somewhat hilarious story I won't share here, but ultimately we surrendered that car to a couple who really deserved it more than us. Yet, Arthur continued to search for the perfect vehicle for me, based on feedback, and he let me know when he had something that was the perfect match. I came in, test drove, and couldn't turn it down - this vehicle is outstanding. His professionalism, kindness, and interaction with my whole family during the process was impeccable. His manager Michael was great to work with because I was trying to go against two long-standing policies that prevented purchase of the first vehicle and by letting me know about the other couple it was easier to let it go and start the search for the one I finally bought instead. I enjoyed doing business with these guys and will likely consider them for my wife's upcoming car purchase. I would highly recommend them - if they keep to their high standards on selecting good cars to offer and for training their people right, this is one of the best to deal with. More

Awesome Customer Service We didn't purchase a vehicle in our first visit to Honda World. After leaving the business I reviewed some on line critiques and was impressed with Mr. Porro's responses, especially on the negative reviews. A couple days later we received a letter in the mail asking us our side of the story as to our experience. I then decided that I would take the time to write everything down and send in in to Mr. Porro's email. I was later that very day contacted by Larry Milburn. We were able to discuss everything and agreed on a reasonable deal for the vehicle and any issues that might have been or perceived to be experienced.. The most impressive satisfaction is the true concern and action from Mr. Porro and Milburn on insuring they stand behind outstanding customer service. I vouch that they do, and it is refreshing that a business today is dedicated to their customers. I will definitely recommend Honda World to anyone I know and keep them in mind when I am in the market for another vehicle. More

Oil change, tire rotation & fluid fill up First time to Honda World today. They helped me immediately. It was less than the amount of time they told me it would be. Very nice waiting area! Great dealership This is the third time I have bought a used car at Louisville Honda World. They have a very up front website where I researched vehicles beforehand. This is the third time I have bought a used car at Louisville Honda World. They have a very up front website where I researched vehicles beforehand. The only downside is that some of the vehicles sold so fast that I had to review new ones. I was told that I could have called ahead and had a vehicle held with a deposit which I may do the next time. They have a lot of price options, as well. I went in to buy a $20,000 van and ended up buying a $11,500 Honda Pilot. For what I was looking for it best suited my needs, and I was fortunate it ended up costing less than I had planned for. Their easily accessible car fax is probably the most helpful for me. Both of our current household cars are from Sam Swope and we love them! More
