If I could give 0 Stars then I would. Instead of trying to get me into a new 2020 they roped me into buying out my lease saying it would be a better deal than getting a new one. Had to go to a different de to get me into a new 2020 they roped me into buying out my lease saying it would be a better deal than getting a new one. Had to go to a different dealership the next day and buy a new car for an extra 150 a month. DCH is an absolute joke of a business. More

The dealership is pretty good with me even though the saying in the streets is that have a bad service to elderly, that they are rude. Everything was done quickly with minimum contact during the stay at home order. I had a credit score in the low 500s and they still got me approved. I will end here saying because of the knowledge and how great Jordan works with the public and treated us fantastic and making us feel welcomed.
