Disappointed To start we were met by a man from North Carolina who was only concerned with a making sale. When asked what we wanted our monthly payment to be and m To start we were met by a man from North Carolina who was only concerned with a making sale. When asked what we wanted our monthly payment to be and my husband asnswered, this man wrote down a greater amount saying “Oh come on”. Then when asking our salaries he said to my husband “Wo, you really married up!” We thought this was very crass and rude-to the point that we almost walked out without meeting with a salaman. Against our better judgement we stayed. We had already previously purchased a car here and didn’t have an excellent experience but thought we would give them another chance. (I highly doubt that you will get a third chance.) We were then bounced back and forth between Billy and Dan and they were both very quick and just wanted to get the sale and be done. They both said things would be taken care of that never were and resulted in my husband making numerous trips up there. (This will be detailed in the service review.) Mike Pace was very friendly, competent, and helpful. I have nothing negative to say about our dealing with him. More
