Best car buying experience ever Michael was awesome. I hate sitting at the dealership dickering back and forth on price and in the end paying more than you thought you agreed on. He asked questions about the trade in, I told him what i wanted my out the door price to be and tah dah I own a low miles 2017 that I feel I got at a fair price with no surprises. Michael, did not once make me feel like i was being pressured or pushed into anything the day I purchased my new car from Hatch Toyota. He was helpful, real, and honest with the whole process and connected with me on a friendship level rather than being your typical pushy salesman that corners you into anything that benefits them. My experience at Hatch Toyota was outstanding, & honestly if it wasnt for the quality service I recieved working with Michael, I may have continued to look and shop around more before making my decision.
