I had a great experience purchasing my Vehicle. Michael was great! He was upfront and honest about any concerns I may have had. He always stayed in communication if I had any questions. I had stopped there for a purchase order to buyout my lease and they were the rudest salesmen I ever seen. They tried to hold me up on making a sale. FYI. The dealership was really clean and hospitable. I found the process of filling out paperwork and being provided with maintenance programs a bit rushed. At one point I thought my monthly payment was I found the process of filling out paperwork and being provided with maintenance programs a bit rushed. At one point I thought my monthly payment was to increase by $400.00 with the maintenance contract. It wasn’t until I commented my mortgage was less that the finance person explained the $400.00 wasn’t on top of my monthly payment. I realize the process of buying a car may be rote for sales and finance people but it isn’t for the customer. Slow down. More
