Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ I leased a brand-new Nissan from this dealership on July 1st, and within two months the car started making abnormal noises. I brought the vehicle in for repairs three separate times, and dealership on July 1st, and within two months the car started making abnormal noises. I brought the vehicle in for repairs three separate times, and each time I was told the noise was “not a big problem.” The issue was never fixed. The car is new and still under lease, yet it already has repeating problems that make me feel unsafe while driving. Because of my limited English, I brought a friend to help translation. During one visit, a salesperson spoke to us in a very rude and aggressive way and even said “Get out of here” to my friend. This was extremely unprofessional and completely unacceptable. My friend was so upset she cried. No customer should be treated like this. The technicians and managers kept insisting the noise was harmless and that I just needed to wait for a part that could take up to two months. After weeks of stress and no solution, only when a different manager test-drove the car did someone finally take the issue seriously and provide me with a temporary replacement vehicle. This entire experience has been frustrating, disrespectful, and exhausting. A new car should not have repeated issues, and customers should never be treated with rudeness or dismissed when they ask for help. I do not recommend this dealership. More

I am writing this review to report one of the most shocking and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a dealership. My friend leased a vehicle from this location on July 1, 2025, and only two shocking and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a dealership. My friend leased a vehicle from this location on July 1, 2025, and only two months later, the car started making abnormal and concerning noises while driving.She returned to the dealership three separate times, and each time, the service department failed to fix the problem. After the third attempt, they told us a replacement part was needed—but that the part would take over one month to arrive.During this entire period, my friend had no choice but to continue driving a vehicle that made loud, unpredictable noises, causing her stress, fear, and serious concerns about driving safety. No customer should be forced to drive a potentially unsafe vehicle for months while “waiting for a part.” Today, we asked this Salesperson if we could leave the defective car at the dealership while waiting for the part, and temporarily use another vehicle so my friend could commute safely. Instead of offering help or even basic respect, he suddenly became aggressive and told us to “get out of here.” This was shocking, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. No customer deserves to be spoken to like this—especially after months of dealing with an unresolved mechanical issue. After hearing the phrase "get out of here", I burst into tears several minutes later. My heart was filled with immense pressure and pain! It took another manager stepping in to finally help us and arrange a replacement vehicle for the time being. The contrast between the helpful manager and this Salesperson hostile, dismissive attitude was unbelievable. Nissan should not tolerate this kind of disrespectful and abusive behavior from any employee, especially someone who works directly with customers. I truly hope the dealership’s management will take this complaint seriously. Customers deserve honest communication, professional service, and basic human respect—none of which we received from this salesperson! More
