Mike kept me up to date with my truck. My valve stem cab was missing. Mike found it and delivered it to me. My rim was scratched and Mike made arrangements to get it fixed. It's so hard getting in touch with anyone at this dealership. Their communication is at an all time low, so low that it practically doesn't exist. I brought my truck in, I expressed that I needed an oil change and filter change because the car alerted me but I just got my oil and filter changed a couple months ago. It appeared too soon. So he and the change and filter change because the car alerted me but I just got my oil and filter changed a couple months ago. It appeared too soon. So he and the tech looked at it and he said it was a spill of oil and they wont charge me for the service. I didn't get any paperwork or anything that reflects that. But I would be interested to know what happened. More
