My wife and myself stumbled into Richmond Ford West not really sure that we were ready for a new vehicle purchase or not. To our delight we found a staff that was willing to take the time to find vehicle to suite our needs. Joey Foust did everything but backward flips in the parking lot to make sure everything was satisfactory. No pressures at any time and we always felt in control. We stumbled in but drove away fully satisfied with our purchase of a new escape.

The team of JonCarlos and Jeannine was FANTASTIC. They took the time to clearly understand my needs. They were willing to review several options and scenarios to ensure the best experience. They provided technical insight into the vehicle and helped me to better understand the options and benefits. The follow-up was impeccable. Just the right amount of communications to help the decision making process, without being overly burdensome. Antoine Lovick helped me with a purchase of a new 2018 Mustang. We went on several test rides together so I could try out the different models. He was never high pressure and he took the time to listen to my specific desires on color and options and helped to locate the exact vehicle I wanted even though they didn't have it onsite. It was delivered there the next day and I was soon out the door in my new Mustang. He also has followed up with me a couple of times since then to make sure I'm happy and to offer to help me in any way he could. I really appreciated that.

Mine was a team of experts. My salesperson Mr. Antoine Lovick, was fabulous throughout the entire sales process, anticipating and responding to all of my needs and concerns. His follow-up contacts were a special touch. At one point it was necessary to enlist assistance from Service Team member Mr. Shawn Johnson. Mr. Johnson was friendly, fast and quite helpful. Sales Manager Mr. Mike Rzeminski was instrumental in helping me to secure financing at comfortable terms. Mr. Joey Faust was excellent in his role as Guest Services Director. He was assisted by his new team member, Ms. Meghan Stevens. They both have excellent customer service skills and compliment each other very well. Perhaps most important in the transaction was my interaction with Finance Officer, Mr. George Moses. His plain talk made everything easily understandable. Service Team member Ms. Kathy Tester was ready for me as scheduled for product servicing the next day. And again, Mr. Foust's team made certain I was comfortable in the interim. The entire process was efficient and seemed effortless. There weren't any high pressure sales tactics, and I didn't leave the experience feeling that I had been "sold" something. Others who worked in the store were also helpful and friendly.

Joey thoroughly explained all my options for the extras for my new car. He was very knowledgeable and did a nice job showing us how all the options would help to maintain the beauty of our car. The work itself looks wonderful. We're real happy with how our car looks! Kent our service guy was quick to get the part that we needed ordered. The new part was installed while Joey was taking care of our car. Everything was competed in 2 days while we had a loaner. It was a seamless effort to have everything done.

Thank you for answering all of our questions honestly, and making a lengthy process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. We are happy with the car, the service program and the warranty protection that we purchased - AND we are not freaking out about the total collective purchase price. That's a pretty ideal situation when it comes to buying a new car!

Despite some unfair sales tricks during the buying process of my new car from them that took me few days to actually get over it and put to sleep. Micheal Reziminsk did the most emotional damage to me by being unprofessional and rude. I went there with the intension to resolve and pay a down payment check that I was assuming it didn’t go through if they tried to cash it that day. He came straight to the waiting room and just start yieling at me on front of my wife and accused me of cummitting a felony and a crime and that I should contact their lawyer without even giving me a chance to let him know why I went there to begin with.
