Kathy called and kept me u We lost our Saturn in a hailstorm, and sought to replace it. I read about the car at Kelly Nissan from the website CarCuru. Kathy called and kept me up to date with the progress of the used Saturn that the dealership had and that seemed to be exactly what we were looking for. It was a bit delayed in getting it ready and inspected. When Kathy called several days later, we had the insurance money and so were prepared to buy it. We set up the day and time to make the trip from Reading to Easton. We were greeted right away, even before we entered the building, and they called Mohammed out of his training session to be our salesman. He was very friendly and helpful, even getting me a bottled water. He took us to see the Saturn, and it was still being cleaned. It ended up being very clean inside and out and quite shiny. We did some paperwork while waiting to test drive the car. Any time we had questions, Mohammed found out the answers for us. We had plenty of time to chat, and Mohammed was a very congenial and attentive conversationalist. I wish him every success at being a car salesman and in life. Both my son and I drove the car, and really liked how it handled, and how quiet and smooth the engine was. Despite the back gate not opening, we decided to buy it. The price went a bit too high for our combined family resources, since it was more money than the insurance money gave us for our totaled Saturn. The manager brought down the price so that we could buy it, for which we were grateful. The finance manager did attempt to get us some financing, an effort which we appreciated, though it was not successful. Mohammed called the next day to ask about how we liked the car. It was as positive experience as possible buying our new used Saturn at Kelly Nissan. More

Although I was really interested in a Kia Forte Koup and was stuck on that, once Lisa got the feel for what kind of car I wanted, she gave me a test ride in the Toyota Corolla I have now and I feel in love. Lisa took the time to get to actually know me, which made me more comfortable and allowed me to follow her recommendation for the car. I was in and out of the dealership within three hours, which was pretty fast to me. I was late on a Thursday night, Friday morning I came to finalize the paper work and walked out; it was very impressive and unlike any other dealer I had been to throughout my search for a car. More

Michael Salavati is also an asset to the company. He was very customer friendly, knowledgeable, and we can see why he's the finance director. We would recommend both of these gentleman for our team any day. Overall it was the first time we did business with this dealership and so far we are very pleased.
