The reception, service, and accounting were all 5 star in independent performance. However, the lack of coordination of the total dealership was notable. The cost to me could have been less if the service in independent performance. However, the lack of coordination of the total dealership was notable. The cost to me could have been less if the service dept. had up to date knowledge of the status of my recall. How can I trust my vehicle's maintenance to a service dept. that does not know what nissan advises about this past recall and maintenance visit. My 2 hour appointment became a 7 hour appointment and all my afternoon appointments had to be abruptly cancelled. The efficiency and attention to details that kept me as a customer to Herb Gordon for 30 years was absent. I will continue with Jim Coleman. Thank you for your assistance. I hope future repair and service and, possibly , sales, will be more professional and responsible. More

I took my new truck (2023 Frontier) in because it has had an intermittent noise since I got it. The services manager suggested an oil change because I was due (I usually do them myself). When I went to pick up my truck they could not find the noise and there were stains on the driver's seat. I'm very careful with my truck and keep it very clean. I even had special ceramic coating applied when I bought it to protect it. It looked like a greasy handprint, and something was spilled on the driver's seat when I went to pick it up. I showed this to the service manager person and asked it to be cleaned. He said he would have the detail personnel at the dealership look at it. One of the technicians that was there recommended they keep my truck for a few days to drive the truck and see if they could figure out the noise. I agreed as it would give them a chance to possibly find the noise and clean the seat. When I was called to pick up the truck I was told they could not hear the noise. I work a 12-hour shift so I was not able to pick up the truck until after hours, When I picked up the truck, I could immediately see the stains were still in the seat. It did not look like anyone touched it. I've called and left multiple messages for the service manager person and never received a call back. I will be taking the truck to a detail shop to get the seat cleaned on my next set of days off. I will then present the dealership with the bill to clean the seat. The person I dealt with when purchasing the truck was very helpful when I bought it. I will, however, never bring it back the dealership for service unless I absolutely have to. More
