Initially I felt like I was being put on hold, but once I spoke with Mr. Scannello, I asked for the bottom line finances up front. I detest the haggling and wearing out experienced at other dealership when t spoke with Mr. Scannello, I asked for the bottom line finances up front. I detest the haggling and wearing out experienced at other dealership when trying to purchase a vehicle. Mike was pleasant, truthful and gave me what I asked for; within 2.5 hrs we had a deal. Dealing with Mike Scannello was a positive experience. He wasn't pushy and he was up front with the whole process.
