The service received at Hassett of Wantagh from the front desk women as you walk in...she is pleasant, offered us water, and made sure my children were fine if they needed anything. Moving on to Michael Scan desk women as you walk in...she is pleasant, offered us water, and made sure my children were fine if they needed anything. Moving on to Michael Scannello highly knowledgeable in his job, beyond sweet and worked with our budget and didn’t play games. Finally, James was the best most pleasant guy in Hassett. It was a true pleasure dealing with Hassett and will have no doubt recommending you to all friends, family and coworkers. More

Horrendous experience I've never had such an uneasy feeling at a dealership's service department in my life. The woman at the counter who takes your information was curt a I've never had such an uneasy feeling at a dealership's service department in my life. The woman at the counter who takes your information was curt and had a condescending attitude. It's blatantly obvious that the employees there hate their job and do not want to be there. When you call to find out the status of your vehicle you are put on hold for long amounts of time and have to hang up and call back. When you need an appointment quickly for serious problems, you have to wait for 7-10 days. As for loaner cars, they promise you the moon in the showroom until you sign the bill of sale, then it's too xxxx bad when you cant obtain a loaner and they have your car tied up forever. When i picked up my car there was black grease on my steering wheel and console. Overall, the management there, or should I say the lack of management, should be held accountable for the actions of the employees and their disregard for the customers and their property. NEVER GOING BACK!!! More

This was extremely important to me considering the last time I leased was not at all a pleasant experience. I was not satisfied at all with the other Ford dealership I used my first time leasing my Edge and Fusion,so much to the point that I vowed never to do any business with that dealership or another Ford dealer for that matter! As my leases were ending I shopped around for different brands but I truly wanted to re-lease my two vehicles because my wife and I were so happy with both our car and truck. I decided to give another Ford dealer a chance at earning my business. From the moment I walked into Hasset Ford I knew my experience would be much different. My salesman Mike Scannello was the first to greet me rather quickly and tended to my car needs right away. I told him my experience with the previous Ford dealer and he assured me that would not happen at Hasset. Mike listened to me from the start and I found him to be honesr,forthright,and knowledgable about what I wanted my lease to be. He worked very hard to get to the numbers I needed to be satisfied with my leases and further assured that those would be the figures and there would be no hidden costs added on later. This was critical to me because the last dealings with the other dealer I felt I was being scammed by the salesman and everything he told me was not the truth! Mike treated me with respect and it so easy to come up with a very fair deal working with him.I was very happy after I agreed to the leases and I would recommend Hasset to all friends and family.I would definitely recommend Mike because of his honesty and true professionalism! Thank you Mike and Hasset for great experience and I look forward to dealing with you all in the future!!!!!! More

Thanks, Michael Scannello. You really saved the day, we live in Long Beach NY and we had losses from Superstorm Sandy! Mike listened to what we needed to replace my wife's car which was flooded. He then ke live in Long Beach NY and we had losses from Superstorm Sandy! Mike listened to what we needed to replace my wife's car which was flooded. He then kept asking us question, so that he could find every last rebate we could qualify for. Bottom Line he got us a Great Deal! The dealership was jammed due to all the lost cars in the area, but Mike kept us updated while his office process the deal, it did not seems to take as long as past deals did at other dealership. Then Ed Garbarino handle the finance like a real gentelman, he offered without pressure, and was able to do everything in less then 15 minutes! Hassett Ford is the Best! More

Michael was extremely helpful in showing me all the options of a new 2012 Ford Fusion, and gave me the best price . He also located a car for me at a Connecticut dealer because I wanted a light car w options of a new 2012 Ford Fusion, and gave me the best price . He also located a car for me at a Connecticut dealer because I wanted a light car with leather seats. The car I received is white with beige seats and couldn't be nicer. He has met with me twice, to help me understand the phone and Sync systems, and assured me he is there for me whenever I need help. Michael is the kind of sales person everyone should be lucky enough to get!!! More
