We also worked with Rex and Michael. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We feel that we bought wonderful cars at a great price and had a great, not stressful experience doing it. Back office process was easy too. The product is wonderful, everyone who is thinking about Lexus or BMW should really try the amazing VW luxury cars first! I did try out a new Subaru at another dealership (which is the same make as my previous car) and liked the car itself but VW just offers more--better choice of models, whether they be diesel or gas, better pricing, more fuel efficiency, more features, bigger sunroofs! and of course amazing salespeople. I am excited about my new diesel Golf Sportwagen and my husband got a Touareg which has so many features we keep finding new ones!! More

We've owned VW's our whole lives, but I was open to a different make/model. I was treated badly at one, and found an "average" car at another. From the minute we walked into the Volkswagen dealership, I knew I had found the right place. The dealers were friendly and Rex actually listened to me when I told him what we were looking for; he didn't try to sell us anything more than we could want or afford. I had heard horror stories of people buying new cars, but this was actually fun! We walked away not only with a great car at a great price, but also with confidence that Volkswagens will always be in our driveway!!!!!! Thank you VW!!!! More

"WELL WORTH THE DRIVE FOR A DREAM CAR" When searching for a special Cadillac XLR on the internet, I located one at VW of Naples. Initially, I contacted Michael Schutt , the internet sales representative, asking him to send me information of the Cadillac; immediately, he emailed me a walk around video and photos of the car. After a 4 hour drive, I was greeted by Michael, and then referred to Robert Lombardi. Robert answered all my questions about the car, took me for a test drive, then answered more questions. I was most impressed with Robert, as I was in sales for 40 years. Robert made the purchase process easy, then proceeded to get the car thoroughly serviced, cleaned, and detailed. Above all, Robert's concern to make sure that I would have no problems in my return trip, we again went for another test drive, and left with a full tank of gas. One word describes Robert - OUTSTANDING! More

However, for reason which we can't understand, Joe Oliver appeared and took over the presentation and convinced us that we didn't want to complete the transaction. In essence, he was a negative influence whose presence sublimated the positives that Erin had established. If I were the management, I would rethink the use of a closer particularly when one isn't needed. Erin did a great job; she didn't need Joe to come int and take over! More
