First time buyer gave best deal right up front did not push us into anything made suggestions about getting gap offered different options got a deal for extended warranty since we bought a 2019 Subaru WRX push us into anything made suggestions about getting gap offered different options got a deal for extended warranty since we bought a 2019 Subaru WRX Premium for our Grand Daughter they got us the best price and got our payments actually below what we where expecting our sales person Mr. Shearer was our sales person easy to talk with and the finance person was able to get our paperwork processed fairly quickly we where only there about 2 hours got the deal done had to wait for the vehicle detailed and they gas us a full tank of gas and they answered all our questions and they spoke with our Grand Daughter about the car because they knew it was going to be her car she loves it More

My wife and I have never worked with this dealership before but when we notice on the Web that they had a car we were looking for we decided to go check out the car and dealership. Turned out we had a choice of 2 cars and after choosing one and some dealing back and forth we got the car we were looking for. The questions at the end of this survey do not apply for us since we came to the dealership not virtual or home delivery. Test drive at dealership by my wife went well. More
