Totally turned off by this dealer's terrible customer service. Less than a month after purchasing a used car from them, it broke down 400 miles from home. Because it is a Buick I just assumed their state service. Less than a month after purchasing a used car from them, it broke down 400 miles from home. Because it is a Buick I just assumed their statement that they totally went over the car before putting it up for sale, was accurate. Shame on me! The part that failed causing the breakdown was specifically referenced in a National Highway Traffic and Safety Administration service bulletin back in April of 2015. Having the Car Fax history of the car I have proof that the car was both in this dealer and another Buick dealer 8 times between April 2015 and the date I purchased it. The service bulletin states that the car's owner should have been made aware of this bulletin. Why was this issue not taken care of in any one of those 8 dealership visits. Obviously both of these dealers choose to ignore it and cause me to suffer the consequences. Not the way to build good customer relations! More

Customer Service My experience with this dealership was one that would leave me not recommending it to anyone, the general manager lacks in customer service both to hi My experience with this dealership was one that would leave me not recommending it to anyone, the general manager lacks in customer service both to his own employees and the customers that walk through the door. He speaks down to employees and he treats them as though they are less than he is and of no value to the company! As for customers he speaks to them with little respect and value even though they are the reason the buisness is able to run and not to mention he is suppose to be in the customer service buisness! I believe car dealerships are suppose to be customer service based and the customer service you receive from the person who is suppose to run the company as such is by no means acceptable. The sales people and other employees there are kind, helpful, and very informative when it comes to knowing about the vehicles, and they are eager to answer any questions or concerns brought to them. I would not buy from this dealership nor sell to this dealership and certainly not reccomend it to anyone else as long as its ran the way it is. More
