Great rep. I'll request him for every visit. Very nice. My only complaint is the mechanics. why would you drive someones car without any plastic seat covers or paper on the floor? Would you let a greasy person do that to your car? Prob not!! Thats the reason why I left the other shop I got tired of cleaning up grease off my car and inside my car. More

Was there for over two hours for my service appointment. Was advised it would be 1.5 hours if I opted not to get the car wash. Had to ask for help to get my car back so I wouldn't be late to pick up my so Was advised it would be 1.5 hours if I opted not to get the car wash. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Purchased a vehicle from them in May. They were supposed to send documents to DMV and they didn't. I can't drive my car, because it has not been registered after 2 months! And NO ONE in t They were supposed to send documents to DMV and they didn't. I can't drive my car, because it has not been registered after 2 months! And NO ONE in the office answers the phone. They hang up, transfer my calls to other dealerships, they are avoiding my calls. Have been calling now for 8 business days! This business is a fraud! More

I purchased my vehicle here and purchased a maintenance package through Zurich at the time of my vehicle purchase. The Zurich maintenance package is well worth the price. Unfortunately, you have to have th package through Zurich at the time of my vehicle purchase. The Zurich maintenance package is well worth the price. Unfortunately, you have to have the maintenance done at this dealer, not warranty but maintenance like oil changes and such. They have a huge service garage/body shop but either it’s primarily a body shop or the service department is Severely under staffed. It will take at least 3 hours for an oil change. I recently purchased dash cams for my vehicle through the GM app and they clearly have not installed them before. For the dash cams warranty to be effective it has to be installed at the dealer. This took 10 hours to complete and the cameras were not positioned correctly. On top of that, they did not give me the owners manual which included the wifi password for the cameras. I called the service advisor multiple times for 4 days after installation and never received a call back. Thankfully because of my research on the cameras, I was able to contact the manufacturer and get the password. I definitely recommend buying your vehicle here but you may want to buy a service package through a third party. I have not needed to use my warranty or extended warranty that I purchased, but those items are supposedly able to be done at any GM/Chevy dealership. More

I will not return or recommend this dealership to anyone More
