Had low tire pressure on my Corvette and brought it in to Grieco to have it checked out. I was worried about getting a new tire but Michael Sherota the advisor set me up with John Erwin the Corvette speciali Grieco to have it checked out. I was worried about getting a new tire but Michael Sherota the advisor set me up with John Erwin the Corvette specialist and he took care of it within an hour. Luckily it was only a nail. I very much appreciated the honesty, they could have easily tell me i need a new one, but instead they fixed it. Excellent customer service. More

It’s the only Chevrolet service center in my area. I recently purchased 2020 Corvette convertible and had to take in for engine light two days after delivery. I was coming out of a Mercedes convertible recently purchased 2020 Corvette convertible and had to take in for engine light two days after delivery. I was coming out of a Mercedes convertible where the service department always gave me a loaner and a car wash with my service. I received neither. Maybe this is Chevrolets policy, I don’t know. However, given the price of this car I would’ve expected at least a car wash before it was returned. More

Horrible. No communication whatsoever. They removed aftermarket parts without asking which didn’t fix issue. Took it to Ed Morse and they promptly repaired correctly. Not good service. Was told 1 he 15 mins. Took over 4 hrs. Never called to tell me service was done. I had to call 3 times to get status.
