I was told my bumper to bumper Chevy Warranty did no t cover the failed oil cooler gasket of my 2017 Grand Sport . I reminded the Service Writer I bought Zurich, then was able to get approved. I was surprised that this warranty document and warranty window sticker was not data connected or visually observed prior to contacting me with an answer I did not want to hear. The Service Advisor was quite professional and pleasant, he was open to investigating the opportunity to exercise a premium service which I purchased at this Greico Dealership. John the Corvette Mechanic is an expert and without any failed repairs on any of my Vette's. The phone call about wanting to buy my car without requested follow up (proposed value) to my Service Advisor. This happened also the last time my car was in during this Covid growth period, not a great time to huddle in an office. All in all this location has been a place I've done business for years without any major issues or complaints. This is not a complaint today, only a desire to make you better! Thank you! More
