Dropped off my truck at 9am and told them I would not be back until 5pm giving them plenty of time to service my vehicle. When I picked up my truck they told me the total was $78. I had given them a $10 off back until 5pm giving them plenty of time to service my vehicle. When I picked up my truck they told me the total was $78. I had given them a $10 off coupon when I dropped it off but they hadn’t applied it. They took care of that and then pulled my truck up. My truck had not been washed. One would think for an $80 oil change they could atleast wash the vehicle. Especially since I purchased my vehicle from them. This will be the last time this dealership sees me or my vehicles. More

Words can’t express the failures of this service dept and the unorganized nature of the dealer itself. Nothing can be fixed with warranty work because the techs can’t “replicate” issues.. I picked my vehicle the unorganized nature of the dealer itself. Nothing can be fixed with warranty work because the techs can’t “replicate” issues.. I picked my vehicle up after having it for two days and couldn’t replicate an issue with the radio and before I even pulled out of service dept the issues were present. Now I am at over a week now for them to order parts and haven’t even had a call back and at this point I don’t believe they will call me back. Last time I was at the dealership they tried to charge me for service when I have certified Chevy warranties and extended ones bought through this dealership. No one at this current visit could justify why that was. I am now in contact with Chevy corporate and they couldn’t even get a call back from the dealership from the rep I am now in communication with. If that is any indication how they operate there. Stay away! Also in the time of covid, half the staff walking the place including the entire dealer manager not wearing a mask and techs walking the service dept not wearing a face covering even though signs are posted to do so. Careless on many ends. More
