They are always professional and customer satisfaction is definitely their goal. They also don’t try to sell you extra unnecessary repairs just to make money. We went in for maintenance service on my leased Traverse. The receptionist was very pleasant and the service man, Mike, was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The worst experience I have ever had. It has been a nightmare dealing with the service department after I bought my vehicle. 1st service was so bad and not customer friendly that I complained. Turned out it was the service manager I was complaining about. The owner reached out to me and apologized and gave me two free services. I took it in and they said it would take 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Over 2 hours later they bring my car out. I then find they put a big scratch in my right door on my black paint. I was pissed. They said they would fix it and it would take 3 to 4 days. Over a week I have to call to see what was going on with my vehicle. On the 7th day I get told my car is done. I turn in the loaner at enterprise and get a phone call saying they made a mistake, it wasn’t done. I get another loaner and was told they would dealer my car to me the next day. I had to call to see if my car was done and go in to pick it up. What a nightmare dealing with this company. Only friendly person is the girl up front. When I would try to call was a Nightmare too. They place you on hold and hang up, don’t return phone messages. I always have 2 vehicles and chevys. I wanted a camero. I went and got a Dodge Charger for my 2nd vehicle now. No more chevys or at least from them. More

I wish I had anything good to say about this dealership. Bought my vehicle from this dealer and before I got my first oil change my transmission seemed to be having issues. Bought my truck certified preowne Bought my vehicle from this dealer and before I got my first oil change my transmission seemed to be having issues. Bought my truck certified preowned from this dealer a few months ago. Even with a certified bumper to bumper warranty and extended warranties I bought in finance, they told me my truck needed some kind of reprogramming and that wasn’t covered. I had to speak to a manager and after explaining to him I bought the truck from the dealer and that’s insane to put any money down for a “reprogramming.” I have read a lot of online forums and trans issues in the Chevy Colorado’s isn’t a new issue. Chevy and the dealers have known about it for years. All of a sudden they covered the reprogramming, like it was a favor to me. I also had to fight to get a loaner or rental because they had my truck overnight and had to go to gmcertified.com and literally read what I was entitled to have a certified vehicle getting service work. They at first told me to pick the truck up because it was drivable and bring it back again the next day.. what a joke. That’s not what the gmcertified site says at all for vehicles in for service .. lastly I got my paperwork back from the service and they zeroed out everything on my paperwork for labor, parts and cost. I’ve never seen that from a dealership doing service work and replacing parts for another issue I had them look at and was told some things were replaced .. they are shady at this dealership and other then my warranty work, I don’t even want the second oil change that’s given to me from buying the truck there . Hands down from the deal on the truck and so much paperwork that wasn’t given to me and having to go back several times, to the service department trying to charge me for bogus stuff I’d like to stay as far away as possible from Greico .. More

Service to my vehicle There was no common courtesy when we laid out specifics as far as being contacted regarding the status of the car. This in turn resulted in us bein There was no common courtesy when we laid out specifics as far as being contacted regarding the status of the car. This in turn resulted in us being without transportation when we needed it. We We're told the diagnostic would take a couple of hours. We call throughout the day to check the status of the diagnosis with never sponse from the manager. By the time we learned the vehicle would not be ready for pick up that day due to it being a holiday we are unable to secure a rental car. This could have been avoided had there been communication from the dealership. We had no transportation that day or into the Next day due to their lack of communication. More
