Worst service ever. 3 days did not do any thing I had a early appointment on Monday for a transmission flush, was told we be done same day and would get a call Next days no news. Drove there , was told would get update in 1h Was told they could not do transmissions flush So kept my car and gave it to me back after 3 days with out them doing any thing. Only one that seemed to care!! I had received a vehicle recall issue via the mail and tried to get it taken care of at my local Chevrolet dealership without any success.. I needed up contacting 3 different dealerships before being directed to this one and once I met with the Service Manager, Michael Sherota, he was amazing.. He LISTENED to my concerns and frustrations and handled the issue without any push back.. He didn’t try to nickel and dime me, as the others had and I was very happy with my end result.
