He always had a smile on his face and made us feel welcomed into all aspects of the car buying process. Great deal, frustrating process to get promises made complet Overall I feel I got a great deal. It was a frustrating process getting the promises made completed after the sale, it took two weeks and several trip Overall I feel I got a great deal. It was a frustrating process getting the promises made completed after the sale, it took two weeks and several trips because my calls were not returned. Poor communication between Sales and Service Departments. In the end, I got about 90% of what was promised and I do enjoy the vehicle! More

Poor Customer Service Dear Grieco Chevrolet I am writing to you today to explain a bad experience I had at Grieco Service Department. It is appalling to witness an employ Dear Grieco Chevrolet I am writing to you today to explain a bad experience I had at Grieco Service Department. It is appalling to witness an employee Levon Cox of such a respected company to behave in such a manner. I had made appointment for a Certified service oil change. Upon my arrival Levin Cox told me my car was not covered under this watterny. I explain to him I just bought the car and this is the second car I have bought from Grieco. He said he could not help me. I went up front and talked to a Michael Sherota who was rude and very disrespectful. He made me feel as if they bought the car from me. I showed him the dates of the purchase and of course it was still under warranty. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee's actions. I trust that this is not the way that Grieco does business and that you will mention my concern with Levon Cox about the incident I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again. More
