It is appalling to witness an employee Levon Cox of such a respected company to behave in such a manner. I had made appointment for a Certified service oil change. Upon my arrival Levin Cox told me my car was not covered under this watterny. I explain to him I just bought the car and this is the second car I have bought from Grieco. He said he could not help me. I went up front and talked to a Michael Sherota who was rude and very disrespectful. He made me feel as if they bought the car from me. I showed him the dates of the purchase and of course it was still under warranty. I was both shocked and disappointed to have been treated in this way and believe you should be made aware of your employee's actions. I trust that this is not the way that Grieco does business and that you will mention my concern with Levon Cox about the incident I am open to discussing the matter further and should hope that you will respond with a solution to prevent this incident happening again.
