Too much hidden fees My biggest issue was with the Finacing department They didn’t want me to see or have a print out of what I’m paying for they charged me an extra $1,00 My biggest issue was with the Finacing department They didn’t want me to see or have a print out of what I’m paying for they charged me an extra $1,000.00 wheel locks and Nitogen for tires which I didn’t want they ended up refunding me $301 when I did my calculation they over charged me and didn’t used my down payment to secure the loan, they rush you and are not very transparent in business when I called it out because someone slip up and I saw what they did on the computer but they would not give me a full itemized billed my first brand new car and they took advantage. Tippy was patient and did his best but Eddie Munoz Finance Manager wasn’t very transparent and comes of as scam artist until this day the figures don’t add up 21,000 car, 3000 Cash down payment, $2000 instant rebate and 500 trade in value shouldn’t =23000 loan after a total 5500 down. And no one wants to listen to you really after you sign. More
